Great service. Lovely selection of flowers and delivered on time.

Flowers are always excellent and last a long time. The florist rang to check I was ok with the date/time of delivery as they were having to do two deliveries due to high demand for mothers day and they didn???t want the flowers to get squashed. Excellent customer service!!!!

We required flowers to be with the recipient as soon as possible and they were delivered the same day. The reaction from the recipient was that 'they were beautiful' so we couldn't have asked for more.

They are showing pictures of flowers /vases on there page but when you choose it the florist that you go to don't have the flowers/vase to fulfil the order you have chosen ... not the local florists fault i might add , if you are going to work with local florist at least supply them with the stuff you are advertising. vase etc i know the flowers might vary but everything should be as is !

Outstanding service from The Flower Patch. They truly went above and beyond when I didn???t have the full address for the recipient of the beautiful flowers they made up. The Flower Patch???s lovely lady that contacted me on a couple of occasions about the address was really lovely about it. She trailed through the snow, going from house to house until she found the right one. Unbelievable! I really can???t rate the service from The Flower Patch highly enough, or their beautiful flowers. Many many thanks to them.

Excellent professional service from the florist in Wick, called me to let me know I had just missed the delivery can but they would manage to get the flowers delivered before Christmas, couldn't ask for better service.
